Senior User Researcher

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end research for post-purchase product areas, the full-time Senior User Researcher will design and execute custom primary research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate actionable insights to drive product decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize research topics in collaboration with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams
• Design and execute various research methods to generate insights on user behavior and attitudes
• Communicate research findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and leadership

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of applied UX/user research experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
• Proven ability to own research projects with minimal oversight
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience synthesizing research into actionable insights with a portfolio of work samples
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field
