Job Summary
Owning end-to-end research projects, the Senior User Researcher will work remotely on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, focusing on B2B qualitative research to influence product and business decisions through customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research projects from problem definition to stakeholder alignment, addressing B2B, B2C, and internal questions
- Plan and execute qualitative research methods, including interviews and usability testing, to uncover customer needs and motivations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize insights and support product and design teams in applying research effectively
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior User Researcher in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable application of qualitative research methods, including user interviews and usability testing
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods such as A/B testing and survey design
- Familiarity with research platforms like Userlytics and Dovetail
- Sound understanding of ethical research practices and GDPR compliance
