Senior UX Copywriter

Job Summary

Owning product and UX copy across the entire member experience, the full-time Senior UX Copywriter will collaborate with product designers to create consistent and clear copy for various touchpoints, while maintaining copy standards and supporting business goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write UX and product copy for web, app, and lifecycle touchpoints, including headlines, CTAs, and educational content
• Collaborate in the design process with product designers using Figma, from early flows to final specs
• Establish and uphold copy standards, including voice and tone guidelines and reusable copy patterns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of UX, product, or digital copywriting experience, preferably in D2C, ecommerce, or subscription
• A portfolio demonstrating UX and microcopy work with rationale for design choices
• Experience in building or maintaining copy standards and style guides
• Proficiency in using Figma and collaborating closely with designers
• Data-informed approach with experience in copy testing or experimentation
