Job Summary
Combining strong design expertise with technical fluency, the full-time Senior UX Design Technologist will create intuitive workflows and experiences, translating complex technical capabilities into practical solutions for designers and researchers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver well-defined UX workflows using code, AI, and established design patterns to address UX Ops backlog work
- Identify and document effective AI techniques used by designers to create shared assets for the UX organization
- Connect tools and capabilities through APIs and integrations to streamline common UX workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in design technology, design systems, or technical UX operations
- Comfortable with software development processes, including version control and APIs
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and their application in design
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate the adoption of new workflows
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
