Job Summary
Seeking a Senior UX Designer who will support UX projects remotely by conducting design research, producing polished deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships while guiding junior team members and adapting to project changes.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design work and guide junior team members in deliverable completion
- Facilitate client workshops and maintain regular syncs to manage expectations and gather insights
- Create interactive prototypes and rapid iterations to test ideas and gather user feedback
Required qualifications
- Proven 4 years of full-time industry experience as a UX designer
- Portfolio available for review
- Minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
