Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior UX Designer, the ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end digital experience by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to identify, design, and test user-centered solutions while balancing client business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a focus on user needs while aligning with client business goals to create valuable experiences
- Define and support research efforts to gain insights that drive project strategy, including user interviews and concept testing
- Translate user insights into design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, contributing to information architecture and usability testing
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX designer or in a similar role at an agency
- Expertise in UX design, research, and testing deliverables
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong ability to produce high-quality deliverables, such as wireframes and journey maps
- Experience with healthcare organizations, hospitality, or B2B is a plus
