Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior UX Designer, this role will lead UX/product design efforts for PrudentialPeak, enhancing digital experiences for policyholders by translating customer insights and business priorities into engaging solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and business priorities into practical design recommendations
- Create intuitive information architecture, experience flows, and prototypes to support customer engagement
- Analyze existing experiences to identify friction points and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in Product Design, UX, or a related role with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product thinking
- Experience in agency or corporate environments, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Proficient in core UX/product design methods, including user testing and information architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units and frame complex challenges
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and usability testing platforms
