Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Owning the UX for designated Wisetail product areas, the full-time Senior UX Designer will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, while conducting usability testing and ensuring design specifications are met in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Map user journeys, task flows, and information architecture to clarify relationships between users and tools
• Create detailed wireframes and clickable prototypes, annotating interactions and decision points for implementation
• Lead UX efforts for Wisetail products, coordinating with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation process

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in independently designing complex digital products from problem framing to implementation
• Deep UX skills in task analysis, information architecture, navigation, and interaction design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
• Experience planning and conducting usability testing and synthesizing research findings
• Solid interface design skills, including visual hierarchy and accessibility within a design system
