Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To enhance the member app experience, the full-time Senior UX Designer will work remotely, focusing on end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI thoughtfully into user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member experience design, from discovery and workflow mapping to post-launch iteration
• Partner in product discovery to define problems and explore design alternatives with the Product Manager and mobile engineering lead
• Deliver high-quality interaction and visual designs while collaborating with Engineering to ensure the final product meets design standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level design experience in UX, product design, or interaction design within a high-growth, technology-enabled environment
• Proven experience designing and shipping consumer health or wellness apps with a substantial active user base
• A strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills, including a clear account of research and results
• Experience conducting user research and combining qualitative findings with product data to inform design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and interactive prototyping
