Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end design experience for an enterprise-grade Recruiter Portal, the remote contract Senior UX Designer will create intelligent dashboards and AI workflows, collaborating with engineering and product teams to establish cohesive design patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX design for key portal features, including action queues and candidate health dashboards
- Craft intuitive UI patterns that clearly present complex AI match recommendations and performance analytics
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma specs for development teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of user-centered UI/UX product design experience, with 2+ years focused on enterprise platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems and developer handoff workflows
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
- A strong portfolio showcasing complex systems design and AI-augmented interface solutions
- Familiarity with HR domain software or ATS platforms is preferred
