Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To shape digital experiences that support patients and providers, the full-time Senior UX Designer will lead UX work from discovery through delivery, focusing on interaction design, information architecture, and the thoughtful incorporation of AI in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX processes including problem framing, user flows, wireframes, and design quality assurance
- Design scalable experiences for complex workflows and data-rich interfaces while ensuring accessibility and usability
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop feasible solutions and contribute to design systems and standards
Required qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex product work and delivered outcomes
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and workflow design

- Practical understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Comfort with incorporating AI tools into the design process
