Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To support a growing UX organization, the full-time Senior UX Designer will take ownership of complex, high-impact experiences, design user workflows for payroll and HR administration, and leverage AI in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, high-impact user experiences and workflows
- Design and prototype user interactions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in critical moments
- Collaborate with UX leadership and cross-functional teams to define and evolve design practices
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of UX design experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or similarly complex/regulated domains
- Advanced Figma skills, including component systems and prototyping
- Proven use of AI tools in design workflows
- Demonstrated ability to design and present end-to-end workflows effectively
