Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior UX Designer will focus on auditing and enhancing a design system, creating custom components, and collaborating with developers to ensure consistency and usability across applications.
Key responsibilities
- Audit the current design library and recommend a prioritized completion plan
- Create and finalize custom components while ensuring alignment with Figma best practices
- Collaborate with the Design System Developer to maintain consistency in design tokens and components
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant UX, product design, or design-system experience
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a substantial design system in Figma
- Advanced proficiency with Figma components, properties, and prototyping
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy interface components
- Strong understanding of accessibility requirements in component design
