Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior UX Designer to work remotely, who will take ownership of complex, high-impact user experiences, lead design efforts in collaboration with UX leadership and engineering, and create clear, scalable workflows that enhance user confidence and trust.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own complex workflows for payroll processing and HR administration
- Prototype and deliver production-ready designs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in user interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and improve design processes
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of UX design experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or similarly complex/regulated domains
- Advanced skills in Figma, including component systems and prototyping
- Proven experience using AI tools in design workflows
- Demonstrated ability to design and present end-to-end workflows effectively
