Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experience across web and mobile applications, the fully remote Senior UX Designer will focus on end-to-end design processes, usability testing, and creating clear, action-oriented interfaces for care staff and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including discovery, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Conduct regular usability testing with care staff to improve workflows and interface clarity
- Develop a shared Figma library and establish consistent UX patterns across teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams on B2B or enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma and a pragmatic approach to design for non-technical users
- Familiarity with systems literacy and prioritization across multiple teams
- Preferred experience in healthcare or regulated industries, particularly in analytics design or alerting systems
