Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior UX Designer in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will manage user research and design processes to enhance the Planful platform, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights and deliverables
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user needs and the Planful Design System
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure design solutions are effectively implemented
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in UX research and design, preferably in enterprise or B2B SaaS
- A portfolio showcasing research and design work that demonstrates the impact of user insights on design decisions
- Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods and familiarity with quantitative methods
- Proficiency in Claude and Figma for wireframing and prototyping
- Experience working collaboratively with product managers and engineers throughout the design cycle
