Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experience for complex data-rich applications, the full-time Senior UX Designer will evaluate existing interfaces, lead redesign efforts, and develop intuitive visualizations while working onsite in Denver, CO.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate user interfaces and identify usability gaps in dashboards and operational applications
- Lead the redesign of dashboard layouts and develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and conduct usability testing with users
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Demonstrated experience redesigning complex dashboards and data visualization interfaces
- Strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch, including wireframing and prototyping
- Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
