Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-powered recruiting products, the contract Senior UX Designer will work remotely for 6 months, focusing on refining user workflows, enhancing interactions, and delivering polished experiences while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Designing agentic and UX experiences for various recruiting applications
- Creating prototypes and implementing early customer UX for exploratory projects
- Committing front-end polish code to enhance user workflows in SaaS applications
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products with a portfolio of live experiences
- Experience in exploratory product work, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong fundamentals in UX and interaction design, including user journey mapping and information architecture
