Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior UX/CX Designer will design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing user-centered design methodologies to create high-fidelity prototypes.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
• Facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users
• Present design direction and concepts to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner

Required qualifications

• Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from a recognized program
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong UX/UI design skills demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work
• Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable
• Ability to independently gather user context and translate it into design strategy
