Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To support the People Assurance team, the remote Senior UX Designer will own UX for specific Wisetail product areas, collaborating closely with the Lead Product Designer to create flows, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring effective design implementation across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand customer problems and develop user journeys and task flows
• Create detailed wireframes and clickable prototypes, annotating interactions and decision points for clear implementation guidance
• Conduct usability testing and leverage customer insights to refine designs and improve user experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience on web or mobile software products
• A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes, with experience in design systems
• Experience in conducting usability tests and collaborating with research teams
• A portfolio showcasing a shipped product workflow is required with the application
