Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior UX Designer, the successful candidate will own significant parts of client design workstreams, collaborating with lead designers and cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions, including AI-driven interactions and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage client design workstreams from research and requirements through to high-fidelity visual design and delivery
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions, iterating based on stakeholder feedback
• Design human/AI interactions and service blueprints, ensuring seamless user experiences across complex systems

Required qualifications

• Solid grounding in human-centered design methods with a portfolio showcasing client or enterprise work
• Experience in designing user flows, journeys, and interfaces, including AI-driven features
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ability to conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform design decisions
• Experience collaborating directly with clients or business stakeholders, presenting work effectively
