Job Summary
Leading design initiatives, the full-time Senior UX Designer will create AI-powered experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor other designers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of significant product or UX design experience with a track record of leading complex initiatives at a Senior level
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-powered interfaces, with a portfolio showcasing real-world use and interaction decisions
- Substantial experience with conversational interfaces, AI assistants, or agent orchestration tools
- Strong understanding of how AI behavior affects UX, including variability in outputs and context limitations
- Fluency in Figma and ability to create prototypes that demonstrate dynamic interactions
