Job Summary
Bridging design and engineering, the full-time Senior UX Engineer will drive initiatives to empower designers in creating world-class user experiences, collaborating closely with a small innovative design team while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic technical direction for design systems' cross-platform libraries
- Design scalable solutions and ensure a seamless connection between design and engineering through code
- Mentor team members and actively participate in design and code reviews, driving continuous improvement of design standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a design technologist, engineer, or UX engineer
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Deep experience in mobile native UI development (Android SDK, Kotlin, UIKit, Swift)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable technical solutions and leading design system initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
