Senior UX Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading the UX design for Colgate Professional's B2B eCommerce experience, the full-time Senior UX Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process, focusing on creating intuitive shopping experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging an established design system.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX design of the B2B eCommerce experience, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design and optimize B2B purchasing journeys, enhancing product discovery, checkout, and account experiences
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UX solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of UX / Product Design experience, preferably in B2B eCommerce or complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership and high-quality UI execution
- Experience leveraging established design systems and collaborating with design systems teams
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and responsive design
- Strong understanding of B2B user workflows, interaction design, usability, and accessibility
