Job Summary
Leading the design and evolution of internal enterprise applications built around Salesforce Sales Cloud, the full-time Senior UX/Product Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences and manage the end-to-end design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX and product design process for Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into user experiences
- Design and optimize complex, data-intensive enterprise applications for multiple internal user groups
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in UX/Product Design with ownership of complex digital products
- Strong background in designing workflow-heavy, data-intensive enterprise applications
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system workflows
- Experience working with established design systems and reusable components
- Ability to operate independently as the primary designer on a project
