Job Summary
To support a major healthcare initiative, the remote Senior UX/Product Designer will lead end-to-end UX design activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver user-centered enterprise experiences for B2B software and portals tailored for expert users.
Key responsibilities
- Understand complex business and user requirements to design enterprise portals and software
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while conducting user research and usability testing
- Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions, advocating for user-centered design principles
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong focus on B2B/enterprise environments
- Proven experience designing portals or applications for expert/professional users in complex or regulated industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX and complex problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools, including experience in wireframing and prototyping
- Ability to work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST and must be a USC or GC candidate
