Job Summary
To support a major healthcare initiative, the remote Senior UX/Product Designer will lead end-to-end UX design activities, focusing on designing B2B enterprise software and portals for expert users while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design enterprise portals and software, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and identify workflow pain points
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of UX/Product Design experience, particularly in B2B/enterprise environments
- Proven experience designing for complex and regulated industries, preferably healthcare
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX and complex problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools, along with experience in wireframing and prototyping
- Ability to work remotely and be available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
