Senior UX Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across a large tech client's UX Operations team, the fully remote Senior UX Program Manager will manage OPEX budget allocation, oversee complex UX initiatives throughout the Product Development Lifecycle, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OPEX allocation, financial tracking, and headcount modeling in collaboration with Finance and HR partners
• Lead end-to-end management of complex UX initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and product roadmaps
• Drive vendor procurement processes, including contract creation, Purchase Order management, and financial reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX Program Management, Design Operations, or Business Operations within a large tech environment
• Demonstrated expertise in OPEX budget management, financial modeling, and vendor procurement workflows
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Prior people management experience in UX Program Management or Operations preferred
