Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

To enhance the online experience of discovering and managing Oura products, the fixed-term remote Senior UX Researcher will lead user research initiatives focused on digital commerce and enterprise portals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Spearhead holistic user research initiatives from scope formulation to actionable guidance
• Design and execute various qualitative research methods, including user interviews and usability evaluations
• Synthesize research findings into impactful deliverables such as journey maps and friction mapping

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of dedicated user research experience with a focus on digital commerce and B2B platforms
• Proven expertise in qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews and usability studies
• Experience with customer journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done methodologies
• Familiarity with AI-driven research methodologies and tools for participant recruitment and analysis
• Strong ability to integrate qualitative insights with quantitative metrics and analytics
