Job Summary
To support usability testing and journey mapping initiatives, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will execute qualitative evaluative sessions, maintain findings logs, and build comprehensive visual journey maps while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Execute qualitative evaluative sessions across critical user journeys and track usability metrics
- Maintain the PQS Findings Log database and map findings to existing VOC data and Jira backlogs
- Build comprehensive visual journey maps capturing user motivations, decision paths, and friction points
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, anthropology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in observational research, usability metrics, and journey mapping
- 2-3 years of proficiency in Figma and Google Docs/Sheets for data analysis
- Experience with remote testing tools such as HeyMarvin or UserTesting
- 3-5 years of experience with complex SaaS platforms or financial software
