Job Summary
To shape the employee experience, the full-time Senior UX Researcher will lead research efforts across the user-centered design cycle, focusing on qualitative and quantitative studies to inform product strategy and design decisions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research to uncover employee needs and motivations
- Translating research insights into actionable recommendations that guide product strategy and design
- Facilitating workshops with product teams to align on insights and co-create solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, User Experience, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience conducting user research in product development environments
- Proven experience across the full user-centered design cycle, from discovery to evaluative research
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research skills and expertise
- Experience working on teams developing enterprise software is strongly preferred
