Job Summary
Leading end-to-end UX research, the contract Sr. UX Researcher will work remotely to inform product strategy and design decisions for complex employee-facing enterprise applications by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research throughout the user-centered design cycle, from discovery to evaluative studies
- Plan and execute interviews, usability testing, and surveys to identify user needs and pain points
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and facilitate workshops to align cross-functional partners on solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/user research experience in product development environments
- Strong qualitative research expertise, with the ability to incorporate quantitative methods as needed
- Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints for end-to-end experiences
- Background in supporting enterprise software or complex internal tools within a cross-functional product team
- Professional portfolio showcasing user research approaches, methods, and impact
