Job Summary
Leading end-to-end UX research remotely, the contract Senior UX Researcher will inform product strategy and design decisions for complex employee-facing enterprise applications by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to uncover user needs and improve usability.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research throughout the user-centered design cycle, from discovery to evaluative studies
- Plan and execute interviews, usability testing, and surveys to identify user needs, motivations, and pain points
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and facilitate workshops to align on solutions with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/user research experience in product development environments
- Strong qualitative research expertise, including interviews and usability studies, with the ability to incorporate quantitative methods
- Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints to articulate user experiences
- Background in supporting enterprise software or complex internal tools within cross-functional product teams
- Professional portfolio demonstrating user research approaches, methods, and impact
