Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end mixed methods research, the full-time Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher will design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, mentor team members, and advocate for user insights in a hybrid work environment based in Atlanta, GA or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead mixed methods research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Own the entire research process from scoping and participant recruitment to data analysis and reporting findings
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering with a focus on mixed methods
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Factors, or Data Science
• Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with statistical analysis and tools like R or SPSS
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end research processes and their impact on products or features
