Senior UX/UI Designer
Job Summary
Leading the full design lifecycle, the full-time Senior UX/UI Designer will manage strategy, UX, visual design, and prototyping across client product and website projects while utilizing AI to enhance the design process in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design lifecycle from strategy and discovery to UX, visual design, and prototyping
- Conduct user research and usability audits, defining information architecture and user flows
- Serve as the primary design voice in client meetings, presenting and defending design decisions
Required qualifications
- 6-10+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end work in strategy, UX, and visual design
- Experience independently leading client workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Hands-on experience with AI design and prototyping tools in real client work
- Knowledge of usability best practices and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2+)
