Job Summary

To support the development of a digital Medicare guide, the full-time Senior UX Writer will create engaging, human-centered content, structure branching logic, and oversee audio production while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft interactive conversations and linear content that resonate with users, ensuring a consistent voice and tone across all materials
• Structure branching and conditional logic to facilitate clear communication with engineers and ensure accurate data handling
• Direct AI voiceover and live talent, ensuring audio quality meets a high standard while managing the content through compliance review processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a writing-led, multi-disciplinary role involving interactive content, UX writing, or digital storytelling
• Proven ability to write conversationally and humorously, making complex topics accessible
• Strong understanding of branching logic and comfort with managing messy data
• Experience in audio production, with an ability to discern and refine voiceover quality
• A portfolio showcasing work that simplifies complexity and engages users effectively
