Senior UX Writer

Job Summary

To support the development of a digital Medicare guide, the full-time Senior UX Writer will create engaging, human-centered content while managing branching logic and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft interactive conversations and UX copy that resonate with users, maintaining a consistent voice and tone across all content
• Structure branching logic for content to ensure clarity and functionality, while providing clear requirements to engineering teams
• Oversee audio production, including directing voice talent and ensuring high-quality sound that aligns with the written content

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a writing-led, multi-disciplinary role, including UX writing and content strategy
• Proven ability to write conversationally and humorously, making complex topics accessible
• Strong understanding of branching logic and data management in content creation
• Experience in audio production and voiceover direction
• A portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex information and engage audiences effectively
