Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Value Manager - Healthcare, the successful candidate will guide healthcare organizations in realizing ongoing value from their Workday investments, focusing on continuous outcomes, consumption-based models, and building quantified business results.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide healthcare customers through ongoing outcomes realization to maximize their Workday investment
- Advise on flex credit adoption and help customers scale their use of Workday confidently
- Engage with healthcare executives to align on value strategies and contribute to reusable models within the healthcare value practice
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in defining and tracking business outcomes from enterprise technology investments
- 5+ years of experience within healthcare providers, payers, or healthcare services organizations
- Experience measuring and reporting realized outcomes post-implementation
- Understanding of consumption-based commercial models and how they apply in healthcare
- Master's degree preferred
