Senior Value Realization Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and analytically strong leader, the full-time Senior Value Realization Manager will define, measure, and manage transformation value across the company while partnering with various teams to translate activities into measurable business outcomes in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the value realization approach across enterprise transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain frameworks for identifying, sizing, governing, and tracking value across programs
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate assumptions and connect initiative execution to measurable business results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in value realization, FP&A, transformation finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical and modeling skills to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Experience building business cases and executive reporting
- Ability to translate program activity into practical business and financial implications
