Senior Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading vendor oversight and internal coordination for a late-stage clinical program, the remote Senior Vendor Management Manager will manage vendor relationships, track deliverables and timelines, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vendor coordination, tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics
• Establish and maintain integrated program timelines, monitoring critical-path activities and interdependencies
• Support alliance management by fostering effective communication and resolving operational issues across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in clinical operations, project management, or vendor management within the biopharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of experience managing late-stage clinical studies or complex cross-functional workstreams
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and roles of clinical service providers
• Proven ability to manage integrated timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams
