Job Summary
Driving production growth and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Vice President, Consumer Direct will lead the Consumer Direct mortgage platform, overseeing sales, talent development, and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term vision and growth strategy for the Consumer Direct Division
- Lead high-performing sales teams to drive loan origination volume and maximize customer acquisition
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing division-wide performance and implementing process improvements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in mortgage banking
- Significant experience leading a Consumer Direct or Digital Mortgage platform
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field preferred
