Job Summary
Leading the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team, the full-time Senior Vice President, Creator Strategy will manage talent sourcing, recommendations, and agency relationships while driving strategic initiatives to enhance client engagements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 13 professionals, establishing priorities, processes, and performance expectations
- Oversee talent sourcing and strategy for pre-sale and post-sale client engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Serve as the senior expert in high-profile talent negotiations, advising clients on valuation, deal structure, and partnership strategy
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent partnerships, or related fields
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex negotiations
- Established relationships within the talent representation community, including agencies and management firms
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess talent valuation and partnership economics
- Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, social platforms, and cultural trends
