Senior Vice President of Client Services

Job Summary

Owning senior executive relationships and growth strategies, the full-time Senior Vice President of Client Services will manage key accounts in the healthcare sector, ensuring revenue retention and delivery excellence while collaborating with various internal teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own relationships with senior executives across assigned healthcare strategic accounts, serving as the primary escalation point
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including organic expansion and identification of new opportunities
• Lead renewal and contract renegotiation strategies in partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring favorable terms and revenue protection

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent executive education preferred in Business, Management, or related field
• 12-15+ years of progressive client relationship or account management experience, particularly in BPO or healthcare payer services
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex client relationships at an executive level
• Working knowledge of healthcare payer operations and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and CMS
• Proven track record of leading contract renegotiations and commercial structuring for enterprise accounts
