Senior Vice President of Creator Management

Job Summary

To lead and evolve a sophisticated creator operations organization, the remote Senior Vice President of Creator Management will drive excellence in creator sourcing, talent strategy, negotiations, and operational performance while partnering with various internal teams to deliver industry-leading creator programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for Creator Management, establishing organizational goals and operating frameworks
• Oversee end-to-end creator campaign execution, leading sourcing, negotiation, and content development operations
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with creators and industry partners while representing the company at events

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields
• 7+ years of progressive people leadership experience managing large-scale teams
• Demonstrated experience leading creator operations at an influencer marketing agency or similar organization
• Deep understanding of creator marketing, contracting structures, and platform ecosystems
• Extensive industry network including creators, agents, and brand stakeholders
