Senior Vice President of Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the delivery operations for Clinical Denials, Underpayments, and Interest & Penalties, the full-time Senior Vice President of Delivery will manage performance, quality, and financial outcomes while building a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement in recovery outcomes and client satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and financial accountability for denial review, audit, and appeal operations, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met
• Direct the systematic identification and recovery of payer underpayments, including contract modeling and escalation processes
• Build and mentor a leadership team across Denials, Underpayments, and Interest & Penalties, establishing productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with direct experience in denials management and payer contract compliance
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with payer appeals processes and interest/penalty recovery strongly preferred
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable financial recovery and operational performance improvement
