Senior Vice President of Enrollment

Job Summary

Driving enrollment growth in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Vice President of Enrollment will lead a scalable enrollment organization, managing approximately 70 employees and overseeing the entire student acquisition journey from lead to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the College's enrollment strategy to achieve growth and long-term objectives
• Lead and optimize the enrollment organization, ensuring alignment of people, processes, technology, and resources
• Establish enrollment goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks to drive measurable results

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years in enrollment leadership or analogous student acquisition roles
• Deep experience in online higher education or closely related environments, such as OPM or EdTech organizations
• Proven track record of delivering enrollment growth with accountability for targets and measurable improvements
• Strong data and analytics orientation, with experience in establishing operational KPIs and performance-management processes
• Demonstrated ability to evolve and scale an enrollment organization, improving processes and systems to support growth
