Senior Vice President of Operations
Job Summary
To support the operational performance and strategic initiatives of Accountable Care Organizations and Telemedicine services, the full-time Senior Vice President of Operations & Enterprise Program Management will lead day-to-day operations, oversee project governance, and drive organizational change in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operations for ACO and Telemedicine service lines, establishing KPIs and performance dashboards
- Serve as the executive sponsor of the centralized Project Management Office, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, driving growth and transformation across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
- 5+ years of executive leadership experience directing multi-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale healthcare operations and enterprise projects
- Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and healthcare performance management
