Senior Vice President of Planning

Job Summary

To drive growth and elevate media planning standards, the full-time Senior Vice President of Planning will lead the development of integrated media strategies, serve as a strategic partner to clients, and mentor team members while working remotely or from various locations including Kansas City, Chicago, New York, or Denver.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of strategic media plans across a defined portfolio of accounts
• Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to new business efforts
• Mentor and develop planning team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of media planning experience with significant team leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to lead integrated media planning across traditional and digital channels
• Demonstrated success in driving organic growth and contributing to new business wins
• Strong understanding of audience strategy, analytics, and marketplace dynamics
• Deep knowledge of planning tools such as Vivvix, Pathmatics, and Nielsen
