Job Summary
To support a growing multi-state retail mortgage lender, the fully remote Senior Vice President of Production will lead and develop a high-performing branch network while driving sales initiatives, training strategies, and market expansion efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable Branch Managers and Loan Officers within the network
- Drive pipeline reviews, business planning, and national sales meetings
- Build training strategies and onboarding processes for new Branch Managers and Loan Officers
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of mortgage banking sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead multiple markets or branches
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-state retail mortgage organizations
- Strong command of branch economics and production performance metrics
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills
