- Oversee all Project Management deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Lead the Project Management team, managing direct reports and determining the overall direction of the organization

Required qualifications
- Four-year college degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 14+ years of relevant clinical trials experience in a project management role
- Previous supervisory experience required
- PMP certification preferred or equivalent education
- Experience working on global projects and managing cross-functional teams
